It was great to be up in Chorley, Lancashire to visit our forward-funded, development, Brooke Street.
Due to complete in August, the property remains on schedule and exemplifies the high-quality, adapted accommodation that underpins our portfolio. It was particularly encouraging to see the depth of thought going into accessibility and resident wellbeing.
The property will be let to Golden Lane Housing and will be their first scheme with us. We look forward to building on that partnership in the future.
