We’re proud to share another example of how our properties make a meaningful difference to our residents’ lives – this time at Springside in Walsall.

This Ofsted-registered home, delivered in partnership with Courtyard Care, Swanton and Swanton Care & Community, provides high-quality, specialist accommodation for children and young people aged 7 to 17. Springside comprises 6 bedrooms and 3 self-contained transition flats, supporting the development of independent living skills. A dedicated family unit enables parents to spend valuable time with their children in a safe and supportive environment.

Special adaptations support a range of complex needs. Springside offers sensory, activity, cinema and bean bag rooms – all designed to promote engagement, stimulation and wellbeing. Two communal lounges, a conservatory and large garden enhance the sense of community and comfort. Also, much of the internal artwork has been created by a member of staff, bringing warmth and a genuine sense of homeliness to the space.

Springside is a powerful reminder of the role high-quality supported housing plays in improving lives and why we remain committed to investing in properties that deliver both social impact and long-term value.
