We invest in social housing assets in the UK, with a particular focus on Specialised Supported Housing.

The Company owns almost 500 Supported Housing properties (c.3,400 homes) across the UK, valued at £612 million as at 30 June 2025. These properties are leased to a variety of Approved Providers with a focus on Specialised Supported Housing for vulnerable adults with care and support needs.
