Atrato Group is a UK-based alternative investment fund management and advisory group specialising in long-term investment strategies that provide stable and predictable returns. The group manages and provides advisory services on over £2 billion of assets.
Atrato was established in 2016, and its highly experienced team offers expertise in commercial real estate, renewable energy, social housing and private credit.
The Directors of the Company, all of whom are non-executive, are listed below.
All of the Directors are independent of the alternative investment fund manager.
The Board is responsible for the determination of the Company’s Investment Objective and Investment Policy and has overall responsibility for the Company’s activities except for any alternative investment fund management functions.
Charlie coordinates rent invoicing and collection, insurance renewals and supports on the asset management initiatives across the portfolio.
Claire leads the operations team, with oversight of asset management, inspections and all other day-to-day property matters across the portfolio.
Danny is the team’s data and property manager, responsible for maintaining the systems and information across the portfolio.
Greg manages debt relationships, coordinates the valuation process and supports all elements of fund reporting and strategic initiatives.
Jody leads on social impact reporting and helps coordinate valuations and asset management.
Kristina leads on EPC rating improvement initiatives across the portfolio. Kristina also leads on property standards and ensuring lease obligation compliance.
Nikki is responsible for property inspections, ensuring the portfolio of homes are safe and well maintained.
Patrick is responsible for managing and developing the financial models, supporting the reporting processes and scenario analysis.
Rebecca assists with operational matters, stakeholder communications and wider asset management initiatives.
