Nestled in the rural city of Hereford, in the heart of Herefordshire, Moor House was funded by Soho Social Housing REIT with an investment of £3m. SIL is the care provider and landlord Inclusion Housing provide housing related services.
Moor House has been providing a specialised and personalised supported living service for adults with mental health needs since December 2018.
