About the Manager

Since 1st January 2025, The Company’s Investment Manager is Atrato Partners Limited.

Atrato Group is a UK-based alternative investment fund management and advisory group specialising in long-term investment strategies that provide stable and predictable returns.

Atrato was established in 2016, and its highly experienced team offers expertise in commercial real estate, renewable energy, social housing and private credit.

All of the Directors are independent of the alternative investment fund manager.

The Board is responsible for the determination of the Company’s Investment Objective and Investment Policy and has overall responsibility for the Company’s activities except for any alternative investment fund management functions.

Kristina leads on EPC rating improvement initiatives across the portfolio. Kristina also leads on property standards and ensuring lease obligation compliance.
